By using the Services, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Services.

3. Software License (One-Time Purchase)
Subject to payment and your compliance with these terms, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as permitted by the applicable app store), worldwide license to install and use PAI Workstation on up to five (5) devices that you own or control, for your internal business or personal productivity purposes.
You may not: (a) sublicense, resell or distribute the software; (b) reverse engineer it except as permitted by law; (c) remove proprietary notices. One-time purchase means a perpetual license with no subscription — it is a license, not a transfer of ownership.
4. Public Beta License
During the public beta period, PAI Workstation is licensed to you free of charge on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty of any kind. We may end the beta period at any time upon 30 days’ notice. Upon general release, continued use of the release version beyond a 30-day grace period requires purchase of a license.
5. Updates and Upgrades
We provide updates and upgrades free of charge for as long as the product remains generally available and supported. We may cease providing updates if the product is discontinued, upon 90 days’ notice, or where required by law or third-party platform changes beyond our reasonable control.

If you licensed PAI Workstation through the Microsoft Store, the Microsoft Store Terms of Sale and applicable Microsoft policies govern your purchase, and any dispute regarding the purchase must be directed to Microsoft under its refund policies. The same applies to purchases through Google Play. These terms govern the software license and use; where a direct conflict exists with mandatory store terms, the store terms prevail for that purchase.
7. Payments and Refunds
Website purchases are processed by Airwallex (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or the Airwallex App). Refunds are issued via the original payment method through our payment provider.
(a) 14-Day Refund (Unactivated): you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if your license has not been activated.
(b) EEA/UK Digital Content: for customers in the EEA or the UK, once you activate the license you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive / Consumer Contracts Regulations, as confirmed by you at checkout.
