Everything PAI Workstation does is available over a RESTful Open API — conversations, contacts, messages, automation triggers, and analytics events. Build custom workflows, connect internal systems, or embed the inbox in your own product. Webhooks push events in real time, and API keys are scoped per workspace for least-privilege access.
