How to request deletion of your PeopleAI account and data
Delete from the app (fastest)
Open PAI Workstation and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Confirm the request in the app; your account profile and cloud-synced data will be removed within 30 days.
Delete via email
Alternatively, send a deletion request from your account email to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account profile, license records and cloud-synced channel-provisioning data are permanently deleted. Data we must retain for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons is described in our Privacy Policy (Section 13).
Local data on your device
Messages, calendar entries, to-dos and AI model API keys are stored locally on your device under PAI Workstation’s local-first architecture. To remove them, delete your data via Settings → Data or uninstall the application.
